About Us

The Seneca Valley Girls Flag Football Team is open to girls in grades 9 through 12 who reside in the Seneca Valley School District. We offer both JV and Varsity teams that compete against schools across Western Pennsylvania.

Our mission is to empower young women through the game of football by fostering confidence, leadership, teamwork, and resilience in a positive and inclusive environment. We are committed to developing not only skilled athletes, but also strong, disciplined individuals who represent Seneca Valley with pride on and off the field.
